Wanchese Cobia Fishing Charters

All day trip! Lots of different iotions and time to do it all!! Casting, jigging, bait chunking, trolling!! Whatever is doing best ..

This trip is an all-day sight casting adventure for Redfish and Cobia. Getting the kids in the tower, spotting fish, and getting after it is what it's all about! Trolling spoons while looking for groups of fish may also offer Spanish Mackerel, small Mahi Mahi and maybe a King Mackerel or three. You can also go fish the flats for small Redfish and Trout if you limit out on Cobia early. Captain Aaron tries to mix it up on full days but if its Cobia you're after, this is your trip!

Spend a whole day on the inshore waters around Oregon Inlet, North Carolina. You will be able to catch Speckled Trout, Redfish, Flounder, and more!

On this 6-hour trip you will be fishing in the ocean nearshore. Possible fish targeted are Drum, King and Spanish Mackerel, Ribbon Fish, Black Sea Bass, Trigger fish or Cobia when conditions allow.

If you don't have the time to hit the water for a full day but can't get enough fishing squeezed in a 4-hour trip, this is the perfect middle ground. You can target Blacktip Shark, Sheepshead, Cobia, Seabass, Bluefish, Drum, and many other species.

You'll be targeting red drum, black drum, cobia, black seabass, speckled trout, flounder, triggerfish, sheepshead, rockfish, amberjacks and more. All weather/situation dependent. You'll use multiple techniques including jigging, trolling, live bait, and cut bait. Up to 4 people join this trip. Capt. will decide inshore/inlet/nearshore based on conditions, tide, wind, clarity ect for best opportunity all around.

Embark on an unforgettable 10-hour offshore adventure, where you'll experience sights and catches like never before. You and the crew will be targeting a range of exciting species – from Tuna and Marlin to King Mackerel, Mahi, and even Wahoo. No matter what the day brings, you're sure to come away with incredible memories.

This morning trip gives you lots of time to experiment with different types of fishing. There's lots of spots to cover and you can go after species such as Amberjack, Spanish Mackerel, Cobia, Sheepshead, Redfish, Trout, Flounder, and many more.

This trip lasts for 6 hours dock to dock. You and your crew will be fishing in Pamlico Sound for Speckled Trout, Red Drum, Croaker, Flounder, Striper, Sheepshead, and other respectable species. The trip departs at 6:30 a.m. and includes all the fishing gear, bait, and licenses.

Same as a 4-hour trip, but with more time to allow us to check out some different spots we can't get to on our 4-hour trips. This trip gives us more time to venture into the ocean for some wreck fishing and a chance to catch Cobia and the Big Drum!
