Canada Cod Fishing Charters

This morning trip will take you fishing for wild Pacific Salmon or huge Halibut, depending on the season. Everything will be provided but food, drinks, and licenses.

You'll leave from the dock in Port Hardy from where it will take roughly an hour to reach the fishing grounds. Giant Chinook Salmon is not the only attraction that awaits you in Rivers Inlet waters. Trophy Coho (Silver) Salmon is in the 20-pound range, and there's also Pink, Chum and Sockeye Salmon to provide further variety. Giant Halibut weighing up to 200 pounds cruise the floor of the inlet. While near the reefs there's Lingcod weighing up to 60 pounds.

Perfect for those who want to spend a day enjoying the nature and wildlife that Sooke has to offer. Target Salmon, Lingcod, and other species that call these waters home. ALSO YOU GOT YOUR OWN PRIVATE DOCK WITH THIS CHARTER.

This 6-hour adventure will take you after Halibut. Your fishing equipment is included in the price but you need to take care of your fishing licenses and pack some snacks and drinks.

Saltwater Salmon fishing grounds within 30 minutes from Campbell River. Guest will fish two tide changes for the best opportunities for tight lines. Fly fishing for surface feeding coho is very popular in June and July. Note: Beginning April 1 - July 14 non-retention of Chinook salmon is in effect.

Once we leave the dock you choose! We want you to have the best day possible so it's completely up to you how we spend the day. If you want to fish all day, no problem. If you want to sightsee, we can do that. If dropping anchor and relaxing in a quiet cove, swimming, and having lunch is more what you are after... we can do that too. Bottom line, it's up to you! Price includes all taxes and fees, max 4 people per trip.

Enjoy fishing on the west coast of Vancouver Island in beautiful remote areas accessible only by boat. We provide all the rods, reels, tackle, and lures from some of the best brands in the industry, as well as life jackets, drinks and snacks. We also provide catch cleaning, but flash freezing and packaging is done by our friends at Ukee Seafood (not included in trip cost). Fishing license must be purchased in advance.
