Australia Coral Trout Fishing Charters

Spend the morning on the water and catch the freshest fish meat for lunch. The captain will take you after Barramundi, Trevally, Snapper, Salmon, and many other fish species. All equipment is covered.

On the 10-hour trip, you and the captain will fish in Bynoe Harbour and the surrounding area chasing tropical species including Barramundi, Queenfish, Trevally, and Threadfin Salmon. The trip starts at 8:00 a.m. and comes with all the gear, drinks, as well as lunch.

A maximum of 8 guests. Minimum age 10yo. All equipment, tackle, and bait are supplied. Experienced skipper/owner with 30 years local experience. Departing Port Douglas at 7.30am and returning at 11.30am. Catch is bled and bagged. CONDITIONS # Private charters are to be paid in full by 7 days before departure date. # The operator reserves the right to transfer the trip to calm water options, including estuary, in the event weather conditions prevent accessing the coastal reefs.

This length of trip allows us to travel that bit further to those less fished areas, as we start early, you're back in port to relax and enjoy the pleasures of Airlie in the afternoon.

This a great opportunity for those with time restraints. We can have you fishing within 15 minutes from leaving the ramp! Around the islands there are an array of species to target from Coral Trout, Crimson Snapper, Grass Emperor and more!

This is an inshore reef and wonky hole adventure depending on the season. You can catch big Largemouth Nannygai, Coral Trout, Grassy Emperor, and many more! Please note 4pax maximum for this adventure Please note we do charge a 10 percent surcharge on public holidays.(Please note as of march 27 2026 we will be adding a 10 percent fuel levy to all tours ..This will remain temporary until fuel prices settle back down)
