We can prepare sashimi or ceviche right on board to enjoy immediately or filet your catch to take to a local restaurant to prepare a meal for the whole family. We will be looking for what the client suggests, in addition the Pola Boat is special because it has a platform you will be able to cast with your own fishing equipment whether Spinning or Fly. If you do not have your own rod the boat has the equipment. Being an American-made boat it is very versatile at sea.
