Oceanside Dolphin (Mahi Mahi) Fishing Charters

A full day of rod-bending action along the Southern California coast! Target a variety of species like bass, bonito, yellowtail, white seabass, halibut and more! Perfect for anglers looking for more time on the water. Gear, bait, and fish cleaning included!

Experience the excitement of fishing with one of San Diego’s most experienced and longest-running 6-pack sportfishing operations. This trip is perfect for beginners and families with children. Enjoy the beautiful coastal waters of San Diego while targeting species such as rockfish, yellowtail, barracuda, bonito, white sea bass, and sharks. Possible whale and dolphin sightings. All fishing tackle included. Note: Yellowfin tuna and Dorada (seasonal). Starting November 3rd (6 AM departure).

Spend the morning fishing for halibut, spotted bay bass, bonefish, and sharks in the calm waters of San Diego Bay. These trips are perfect for those who may get seasick or prefer not to spend a full day at sea. Live bait is not included but can be purchased for an additional fee. Please note the trip is primarily catch and release. Maximum of 4 people per trip.

This trip usually involves fishing nearshore and offshore at up to 10 miles out looking for bigger fish. You'll start the day with Rockfish so everyone can catch fish for a few hours, then move offshore for larger fish or back to the coast for Bass and Halibut. We are the only charter boat in San Diego County with the SeaKeeper Gyro which takes 90% of the left and right roll out of the boat which makes for a smooth ride.

This is a full-day offshore fishing trip targeting Bluefin and Yellowfin Tuna, Yellowtail, and Dorado. Trips run from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and accommodate up to 4 anglers per trip.

Target local game fish in the nearshore and offshore waters. Go after Mahi Mahi, Lingcod, Rockfish, Barracuda, and more. The crew will prepare your fishing equipment, snacks, and drinks, but feel free to bring your own. You can keep the catch afterward and the crew will fillet it for you.

This 12-hour trip is a full-day adventure of targeting coastal and or offshore species. This is designated as a freelance trip which means the best option will be conveyed and coastal or offshore species will be targeted prior to the trip with the charter master and captain. Full Galley service (minimum $250.00), rod rental, fishing license, cleaning, and crew gratuity extra.

Tackle is provided, except for jigs, which can be purchased at face value. The boat is fully equipped with extensive tackle on board, and a Yeti 110 cooler is iced and ready. We target tuna, yellowtail, and dorado (mahi-mahi). Please contact the captain before booking.

Headed out to the local kelp beds, rock piles, and artificial reefs. Fishing for Bass, Rockfish, Barracuda, Sculpin, and Lingcod. Dependent on season and conditions. Family and kid friendly! Light snacks and drinks are provided. Please bring your fishing license.

We will set our heading to Avalon on Catalina Island! Enjoy a fun and exciting day trip to Avalon and experience the local shops, restaurants, and the breathtaking views of Catalina Island. With an hour and a half crossing to the Island, we will be covering plenty of good water and can find good fishing along the way! This trip is very unique as its a day of fun on the water and at Catalina Island. Ice, waters, tackle, and fish cleaning is included. Please bring a California fishing license.
