Oak Island Dolphin (Mahi Mahi) Fishing Charters

This incredible morning trip will include 6 hours of bottom fishing and trolling for the likes of Kingfish, Cobia, and many other interesting to catch species. Departure times are flexible. NOTE: fuel surcharge might apply. For more information, contact the captain.

Get out on the edge of the gulf stream. Lots of tasty bottom fish like Seabass and Snapper. Line screaming Kingfish, jumping Mahi, and Cobia. This is also a great trip to Frying Pan Tower!

This trip will take you to the edge of the Gulfstream and continental shelf, over 60 miles offshore where you will likely encounter some of the biggest, strongest and best-eating game fish in the ocean. Total fishing time will be about 9 hours. This trip includes topwater trolling for trophy gamefish and is for the serious fisherman as the ride out will take 2-3 hours. The species you will chase include Tuna, Mahi, Wahoo, Sailfish, Marlin, Grouper, and Snapper.

Running from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., this trip will see you go 1-20 miles offshore. You and the captain will be targeting sharks, Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, Cobia, as well as bull Red Drum in the fall. You will just need some snacks and drinks for the trip.

We will head out into the deeper water in the 10–15 mile range where we will find Amberjack, Kingfish, Seabass, Grunt, Grouper, and maybe Mahi Mahi.

From the beach to 40-50 miles out. Species include King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish, Bonito, False Albacore, Bull Red Drum, Shark, Black Seabass, Cobia, Snapper, and Grouper! Included in this trip are the fishing license, fishing gear, bait, ice, and water.

Travel 30–40 miles offshore and target King Mackerel, Mahi, Cobia, Amberjack, Barracuda, and much more! We can also target bottom fish like Black Bass, Vermillion Snapper, and Grouper. This trip is for 5 people max.

Trips consist of targeting Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, Barracuda, Mahi, Black Bass, and other species of bottom fish. This trip allows more time to run further offshore to locate and fish for a larger variety of species as compared to the nearshore/inshore trip. The distance ran offshore will be a maximum of 20 miles, weather permitting. This trip allows for a maximum of 4 people.

The 6-hour trip gives you more fishing time compared to the 4-hour. This a great trip for someone who is still learning their way around a fishing boat and wants to go a little deeper into the fishing grounds!

This trip gives you the option to get a little further offshore to target bigger sportfish. Generally, we are fishing between 5 and 25 miles offshore, trolling live bait, or bottom fishing. departure times are flexible. On this trip, we catch King Mackerel, Mahi Mahi, Sailfish, Amberjacks, Cobia, Sea Bass, Grouper, and Barracudas.
