Topsail Beach Dolphin (Mahi Mahi) Fishing Charters

A full day trip allows more fishing time, up to 30 miles out. On this full day trip we will be targeting King Mackerel, Sailfish, Mahi Mahi, and other game fish. A fishing license and gear are provided.

Captain Joe will take you for some serious offshore sportfishing as you go up to 25 miles offshore. The species you will target are prestigious, such as Mahi Mahi, King Mackerel, Amberjack, Barracuda, Sailfish, and other larger species.

This 6-hour morning trip will take you trolling or casting for Spanish, King Mackerel, fishing the wrecks for big Flounder, Redfish, Barracuda, Amberjack, Cobia and much more out 15-20 miles weather permittig. Gratuity is not included and is typically 10-20%.

Our personal favorite trip. We will be running about 55-60 miles out to the gulfstream to troll with heavy tackle for Tuna, Wahoo, Mahi and Sailfish. This trip can be great year round and is also very good in the winter months for Wahoo and Tuna. We will also do a little bottom fishing on this trip if the trolling is slow.

Same trip as the full day, just gives you a few more hours to fish.

A 6-hour trip within 20 nautical miles. This trip gives you a wider range of target species and a larger class of fish. You may catch Amberjack, Cobia, Grouper, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Porgy, Seabass, Snapper, and Mahi. A Mate will accompany all fishing charters and works for tips. 20% of the total trip price is customary.

On these trips, we're able to push off and have some time to get some more fish in the box! On these trips we usually see king markerel, amber jack, mahi cobia, trigger fish, grouper, seabass and much more! All fishing license and gear is included with the trip. Just bring some snacks and drinks you may like in particular. We have everything else covered!

This trip allows us to travel out to the Atlantic Ocean’s Gulf Stream. This South to North flow of warm water is where some of North Carolina’s most prized fish reside. We’ll be using big tackle to do battle with big fish. Different species are more prominent during different times of the year so be sure to ask if you are looking to target something specifically. A typical 12-hour trip consists of trolling and bottom fishing unless the trolling bite is hot or the group strictly wants to bottom fish.

Catch us up to 40 miles off the beach targeting Grouper, Snapper, Mahi, larger Amberjack, Bonito, and many more species. Trolling and bottom fishing will be done during this trip. Fishing Licenses are FREE and included in price. Up to 6 people and kids are more than welcome.

On this trip we will fish out to 16 miles. Depending on the season, water temps and what is biting is how we determine the best places to go trolling or bottom fishing.
