South Carolina Dolphin (Mahi Mahi) Fishing Charters

Take a trip offshore with a true local not a transplant out of Charleston for some great trolling action with Captain Jesse. You will be targeting species such as mahi mahi a fish so nive they named it twoce! Also wahoo, sailfish, blackfin tuna, marlin, kingfish an many other tasty fish to keep or catch a release. This charter includes all bait and tackle, fishing gear, fuel, fishing license, and water. All you need is appropriate clothes for the weather and a camera so jump aboard and get hooked with us!

This trip takes you 5 to 10 miles from shore, usually fishing wrecks or reefs. Depending on the season you can catch Spadefish, Sheepshead, Barracuda, Cobia, and more. This is a great trip for children wanting to experience the ocean for the first time! Please note that due to rising fuel cost, a 5 to 10% fuel surcharge may be added to all offshore and nearshore trips.

A 10 hour trip is your best shot at catching some of the bigger pelagics out there. It'll give you enough time to head into the Gulf Stream and hook into some of the species migrating through it. Just check what's in season with the captain and get ready for an adventure. The crew will provide you with all the necessary equipment and licenses, and clean your catch at the end of your trip. Just keep in mind that 20% Gatuity is Customay

The run to the trolling grounds is 50-60 miles estimated 2hrs. We try to get lines in by 7-7:30 and fish until 3pm. The run home puts us back around 5pm. Billfish are catch and release, we would be happy to help you get a replica mount done. Tuna, mahi or wahoo are examples of fish we would keep for dinner given they meet requirements. If you are concerned about seasickness, feel free to give me a call beforehand to discuss preventative options.

This trip will take you anywhere from 12-25 miles offshore. You'll bottom fish live reefs and artificial reefs, targeting species like Amberjack, Porgy, Black Seabass, Triggerfish, Snapper, Grouper, Cobia, and many more.

You will bottom fish live reefs, live bottom artificial reefs around 12-20 miles off the coast of Charleston. Target species will be Snapper, Grouper, Triggerfish, Amberjack, Cobia, Mahi, big Redfish, and Shark. This is a great trip for Cobia in the spring and summer months! This is a 8 hr trip out to the Gulf Stream for a day of exciting trolling action for Dolphin Wahoo and Tuna

Come aboard and embark on this 12 hour trip to target pelagic species such as Dolphin, Wahoo, and Blackfin Tuna in the Gulf Stream. This trip may also include bottom fishing in deeper water (90'-150') to target species such as Gag Grouper, Scamp Grouper, Vermillion Snapper, and Red Snapper.
