You'll generally start off by catching your bait at the beginning of the trip, before heading to the fishing hot spots. Here, you will fish for species like Snappers, Bull Redfish, Groupers, Amberjacks, and Mackerel. Your captain will make sure you're provided with a valid fishing license and top-quality fishing gear.

You'll definitely enjoy this exciting offshore adventure and will be targeting some of the most exciting species in the gulf. All rods, bait, and other gear you'll need to fish await you. This trip takes you offshore of Destin within state waters and typically starts with catching bait fish near the beach. Then adventure off to deeper water to drop live or cut up bait down to the bottom to catch many different species of Snappers and Grouper, as well as Triggerfish and others. The targeted fish and bait used depends on the time of year. Trolling for other pelagic species is also possible while going to or back from the bottom fishing spots.
