Alabama Jack Crevalle Fishing Charters

We start by trolling en route to the reef, with chances to catch King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Blackfin Tuna, Cobia, and more. Once on the reef, we'll drift and drop line fish for Snapper, Amberjack, Triggerfish, and more. Time is split evenly between trolling and reef fishing. In season, you may target the famed Red Snapper! Departure times may vary—please contact the Captain to confirm.

Fish the nearshore waters up to 3 miles for Jack Crevalle, Redfish, Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, and who knows what else?

Anglers new to the sport looking for a taste of the local fishery will find this trip perfect. You’ll fish the inshore and nearshore waters along the beach and back bay, up to 3 miles from shore, depending on sea conditions and fish locations. Possible catches include Speckled Trout, Redfish, Mackerel, Sheepshead, and more. A 15–20% tip is customary.

If you want to spend maximum time on the water,this trip is just what the doctor ordered. You will have the waters all to yourselves, where you will be able to target various types of fish by trolling and bottom fishing. You can expect to target Snapper, Amberjack, Barracuda, and other species depending on the season. Red snapper season 2025 is June 1st thru Sept 15th, 7 days a week

Extend your stay on the water a little bit longer with this 6-hour trip. You can go after Red and Black Drum, Bluefish, Groupers, Snappers, Cobia, Jack Crevalle, Mahi Mahi, and many other species.

With a 6 hour trip being the longest trip we offer, expect to be able to cover more water, fish longer, and target multiple species by fishing with different techniques! This trip is a 6 hour inshore and near shore up to 3 miles in the gulf, weather and conditions permitting. *THIS IS NOT AN OFFSHORE TRIP* Lets go fishing!

With this trip, you and the crew will be trolling on your way out and back in. The rest of the time you'll be bottom fishing for all kinds of reef fish. The fish you'll be targeting is Snapper, Trigger, Mackerel, Wahoo, Amberjack, and whatever else may be lurking around the private reefs. Wahoodat Charters looks forward to seeing you soon!

On this trip we will take a boat out to shallow water flats where we will disembark to wade and sight fish for Redfish, Speckled Trout, and Black Drum. During this trip, we will provide lunch on air conditioned boat. Fishing equipment and tackle are provided. Wadding boots or water shoes are required, but are not provided. This is a great option for families that are looking for a fun day of fishing! We will tylically stay in calm protected waters chasing fish in and around marshes surrounding Mobile Bay.
