Holden Beach King Mackerel (Kingfish) Fishing Charters

Join Captain Harvey for an action-packed 4-hour nearshore fishing adventure as we fish 1–10 miles offshore around reefs and shipwrecks. Depending on the bite, we'll target King & Spanish Mackerel, Cobia, Bonito, Sea Bass, Snapper, Grouper, and more. If sea conditions don't cooperate, we'll adjust the plan and fish closer to shore. This 10-hour trip takes you far offshore, where you can reach the home of Tuna, Sailfish, Mahi Mahi, and bottom fish like Grouper and Black Bass. If you like the challenge, the adrenaline, and pushing yourself to the limits, this is the trip for you!

Half day charters are perfect for backwater fishing in the Ocean isle beach. This gives you enough time to find fish and enjoy the beach's backwater. The trip is great for getting back to the dock after fishing and you are able to enjoy the rest of your day on the beach with family and friends!

We will be fishing for Flounder, Red Drum, Black Drum, and Trout along with other species that may choose to hookup with us as well.

On the 4-hour nearshore trip, we will be fishing within sight of land in the ocean off of Brunswick County. We'll target species such as King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Flounder, Black Sea Bass, and numerous species of Sharks. Join us for a fun time on these waters!

Half-day charters are 4 hours and are for up to 4 anglers, including children. Bottled drinking water is included, along with all tackle and bait. Looking for anything in particular? Just ask!

This is a trip geared towards taking children out to spend a couple of hours on the water to introduce them to fishing. The trip focuses on the children by allowing them to participate in every aspect from baiting hooks, fish identification, and reeling in their very own catch of the day! All fishing will be done in smooth waterway conditions or backwater. **There is maximum of 4 kids and 2 adults per booking with an additional $25 per person over 4.

During this trip you will be fishing for a variety of targeted species. These include but are not limited to Red Drum, Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish, Black Seabass, King Mackerel and even Sharks. Typical trips are within 5 miles of shore. Enjoy bottom fishing or trolling. The choice of which one is typically based upon weather and influences what you may need to target for that day.
