Wanchese King Mackerel (Kingfish) Fishing Charters

This trip takes place in the ocean. You normally stay relatively close to the shore, and target Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish, Cobia, and Redfish. It provides variety, so if that suits you, this might be just the perfect morning action. The gear is on board, pack your stuff, and come along.

You'll be targeting red drum, black drum, cobia, black seabass, speckled trout, flounder, triggerfish, sheepshead, rockfish, amberjacks and more. All weather/situation dependent. You'll use multiple techniques including jigging, trolling, live bait, and cut bait. Up to 4 people join this trip. Capt. will decide inshore/inlet/nearshore based on conditions, tide, wind, clarity ect for best opportunity all around.

This morning trip gives you lots of time to experiment with different types of fishing. There's lots of spots to cover and you can go after species such as Amberjack, Spanish Mackerel, Cobia, Sheepshead, Redfish, Trout, Flounder, and many more.

Join Captain Vinny for an all day fishing experience. This trip is about catching alot of fish and stacking the cooler with meat. Alot of fish at the wrecks. All different types of fish. Alot of fun just seeing all the fish swimming around. Lets go catching

Highly recommended trip fishing from the captain's commercial boat! Six hours allows enough time to venture further and maximize fishing time. Wreck and bottom fish in the ocean, or stick to the sound. We can even split this trip up and do some ocean fishing and some sound fishing. In the ocean, you'll go after Amberjack, Seabass, Triggerfish, Spanish Mackerel, Kingfish, and Mahi. In the sound, we'll fish for Speckled Trout, Red Drum, Flounder, and Sheepshead. Family-friendly and fun for all levels!

This trip typically is 15–35 miles from the inlet. This trip gives you the flexibility to target different species depending on the season and weather. You'll be fishing for Tilefish when in season, Amberjack, King Mackerel, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Wahoo, and the occasional White Marlin or Sailfish. This is a great trip to target larger species without the pressure of a full-day offshore trip. Seasonal.

Full-day nearshore is a 8hour trip where we make it out of the inlet into the ocean but stay close to the beach. 20% tip is customary to mates

Fishing Nearshore is usually done within sight of the beach. The 4-hour trip is perfect for families with young anglers as well as groups that just want to catch fish without those long 4-hour plus commutes to offshore. Most nearshore trips are done trolling small spoons or similar lures around schools of Bluefish and Spanish Mackeral. Sometimes during nearshore trips, you will find larger species such as Cobia or False Albacore - Based on the season.

Want plenty of time to find the fish and explore different fishing grounds? This is the trip for you! We will start trolling for Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, Bluefish, and Ribbonfish! Exploring various wrecks, we'll also attempt to catch some sharks. Depending on the season, we will always be on the lookout for Cobia or Red Drum. We can drift for Flounder, Trout, Black Seabass, and croakers! Please note that we do not go as far as the Gulf Stream, so catching Tuna or Billfish will not be possible.

Near shore charters are excellent off the coast of the outer banks! We have a lot to offer from just a few miles out of Oregon inlet. Trolling for Spanish mackerel and ribbon fish can be a lot of fun and can be productive. Kids would enjoy this trip due to the variety. Near shore trips can be altered to inshore trips if the weather isn't comfortable for your group.
