Wanchese King Mackerel (Kingfish) Fishing Charters

All day trip! Lots of different iotions and time to do it all!! Casting, jigging, bait chunking, trolling!! Whatever is doing best ..

With this trip, we're allowed to go a little bit further and look for bigger fish. We could possibly pull up Blacktip Shark or fun fighting Tiger Shark, or possibly go to a tower and catch Amberjack and possibly find Mahi Mahi not far from there. Or we can just stay close to the beach for a longer boat ride.

On this 6-hour long trip, you can fish the inshore waters giving you more opportunity to catch different species as you will be able to move more. Your targeted species will include Trout, Flounder, Redfish (Drum), Cobia and Mahi Mahi!

You'll be targeting red drum, black drum, cobia, black seabass, speckled trout, flounder, triggerfish, sheepshead, rockfish, amberjacks and more. All weather/situation dependent. You'll use multiple techniques including jigging, trolling, live bait, and cut bait. Up to 4 people join this trip. Capt. will decide inshore/inlet/nearshore based on conditions, tide, wind, clarity ect for best opportunity all around.

This morning trip gives you lots of time to experiment with different types of fishing. There's lots of spots to cover and you can go after species such as Amberjack, Spanish Mackerel, Cobia, Sheepshead, Redfish, Trout, Flounder, and many more.

Highly recommended trip fishing from the captain's commercial boat! Six hours allows enough time to venture further and maximize fishing time. Wreck and bottom fish in the ocean, or stick to the sound. We can even split this trip up and do some ocean fishing and some sound fishing. In the ocean, you'll go after Amberjack, Seabass, Triggerfish, Spanish Mackerel, Kingfish, and Mahi. In the sound, we’ll fish for Speckled Trout, Red Drum, Flounder, and Sheepshead. Family-friendly and fun for all levels!

A 3/4 day nearshore charter is designed for the more adventurous anglers and groups that want to spend a bit more time on the water. This trip includes everything normally done on a half day nearshore charter but we venture out a bit further off the coastline to fish for other species like King Mackerel and Sharks.

Full-day (8-hour) trips are 100% customizable. We can mix it up and fish in the sound for Trout, Drum, Sheepshead, Flounder, etc. then venture into the ocean for some Wreckfish, Amberjack, Triggerfish, Black Seabass, Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, Cobia, or Mahi when the conditions are right.

5hr trips are considered half day +. Just a little extra time to stay on the water. We leave at sunrise 6am. The extra hour can be the perfect touch to catch a few more fish or expand your reach while on the water. Near shore trips are within sight of land and are typically trolling trips for migratory species that are within season. We have a full sized bathroom (6'+ head room) onboard. Ice is provided free to the guest.
