Wilmington King Mackerel (Kingfish) Fishing Charters

This fun near shore and offshore trip will take you fishing up to 10 miles off the coast. The targeted species are King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, bluefish , false albacore and maybe a slim possibility of a mahi . All equipment needed is provided by the charter....

You can either choose to stay inshore or head a little further into nearshore waters, depending on what you'd like to target. Inshore trips will see you targeting Redfish, Flounder, Black Drum, Speckled Trout, and Bluefish. Nearshore trips are weather dependent but can produce a wider range of species. You'll have a chance to catch Spanish Mackerel, Kingfish, Sheepshead, and many more! Rods, reels, bait, and fishing licenses are all included. Just bring snacks, drinks, sunscreen, and get ready to fish!

During this trip, you'll have a range of around 15-20 miles. We'll be mainly slow trolling for king mackerel, barracuda, cobia, and the occasional mahi. We will also live bait fish over some wrecks if live bait is available to get.

On this 4 hour trip, we will stay nearshore - generally 8 miles off the beach. On this trip, we catch spanish mackeral, bluefish, false albacore. This is a great trip for families.

Our 3/4 day trip will allow you to make farther runs and hit more spots! Target inshore or nearshore species depending on conditions. Target species include redfish, flounder, trout, sheepshead, Spanish and king mackerel

We recommend no more than 4 guests for these trips due to comfort. Our boat is child friendly but we do recommend no children under the age of 5. (Please keep in mind that gulf stream trips are 40+ miles off shore and this may not be appropriate for all children or even some adults)
