Port Renfrew Lingcod Fishing Charters

On this trip, you'll be setting out first thing in the morning for the run offshore to the famed Swiftsure Banks or up the shoreline. Targeting all five species of wild Pacific Salmon and Pacific Halibut is the captain's goal every day. You'll return to the dock in mid-afternoon after a quick pull of crab traps to have Nick expertly clean your day's catch.

Perfect for those who want to spend a full day enjoying the nature and wildlife that Sooke has to offer. Target Salmon, Lingcod, and other species that call these waters home. ALSO YOU GOT YOUR OWN PRIVATE DOCK WITH THIS CHARTER.

The 8-hour fishing adventure is a perfect opportunity to escape and spend a day in nature. Whether you are an experienced angler or a beginner, our expert guides will ensure that you have a great time on the water. With all necessary fishing gear provided, you can simply relax and enjoy the scenery while waiting for your big catch! Processing and licenses not included. Maximum 4 guests per boat

For a full day of fishing, we usually leave the dock at 6:00am and run for an hour to Swiftsure bank and fish for salmon, halibut, and other bottom fish then return back to the boat around 2:00

This is a full day, 8 Hour trip targeting Halibut, Coho, Chinook, Rockfish, and Lingcod. For the harvesters of the fishing enthusiasts you get a full day with one of our extremely experienced and sea worthy Captains in beautiful Sooke!

Spend the day trolling for Salmon and bottom fishing for giant Lingcod, Halibut, and Rockfish. This trip pushes off just after sunrise with only a short run to the fishing grounds. We'll capitalize on the first light bite and have the opportunity to fish multiple tides and target multiple species, throughout the day. We'll also be dropping our crab traps on the way out, letting them soak full of bait for Dungeoness crab, while we're out fishing.

Rockfish and Lingcod season is open from April 1st until November 15th. Jigging for Rock cod and Ling cod is a hands-on fishery. Some people enjoy jigging for cod over trolling for salmon. If this is you, get your group together and come aboard. 'Raven' is the perfect platform for cod jigging. We'll throw the crab traps out on the way out and pull them upon our return.

Spend 8 hours on the water, trolling for Salmon and jigging for bottom fish if you’d like to (Lingcod, Halibut, and rockfish). With only a short run to the fishing grounds you are sure to spend your time fishing effectively. We'll also be dropping our crab traps on the way out, letting them soak full of bait for Dungeoness crab. All fish filleted and cleaned for you at the dock at the end of your trip.
