California Lingcod Fishing Charters

This 5-hour coastal trip explores San Diego’s kelp beds, reefs, wrecks, and rocky structures using light to medium tackle. Target species include Calico Bass, Sand Bass, Bonito, Lingcod, California Sheephead, Scorpionfish, and White Seabass, with a chance at Mako Shark depending on conditions. Techniques include trolling, bottom fishing, and live bait or lures. All gear is provided, making it ideal for anglers of all levels and families.

Enjoy the beautiful coastal waters of San Diego while targeting species such as rockfish, yellowtail, barracuda, bonito, white sea bass, and sharks. Possible whale and dolphin sightings. All fishing tackle included. Note: Yellowfin tuna and Dorada (seasonal). Starting November 3rd (6 AM departure).

Spend the morning fishing for halibut, spotted bay bass, bonefish, and sharks in the calm waters of San Diego Bay. These trips are perfect for those who may get seasick or prefer not to spend a full day at sea. Live bait is not included but can be purchased for an additional fee. Please note the trip is primarily catch and release. Maximum of 4 people per trip.

Fishing in San Diego is superb year-round. Go deep sea fishing along our coastline with chances to see dolphins and whales. We target 10+ species including rockfish, whitefish, scorpionfish, yellowtail, halibut, bass, lingcod, sheephead, and more. Rockfish are always guaranteed on this trip. We can target your preferred species depending on the season. No tuna or mahi mahi on this trip. Message us to find out what’s in season for the month you plan to go. Alcohol is allowed.

This is a local 3/4-day fishing trip to Coronado Island in Mexico. A Mexican fishing license and valid passports are required. Licenses can be purchased at Fisherman’s Tackle on the way to the marina. We target bottom fish species such as Rockfish, Halibut, and Yellowtail. These trips are very enjoyable, as we typically catch a steady amount of bottom fish. Trip times are 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Fish the coastal waters of San Diego for a variety of fish. Spend time in the calm waters and catch your dinner. This is a perfect trip for the whole family, as everyone gets their chance for a catch. Don't forget your fishing licenses. Dozens of species can be caught on all of our local trips. Yellowtail, barracuda, bonito, bass, white sea bass, sharks, rockfish and occationaly even mahi mahi and tuna can be caught. Start your day with a few hours of fishing and get back to the marina with a bucket full

Target local game fish in the nearshore and offshore waters. Go after Mahi Mahi, Lingcod, Rockfish, Barracuda, and more. The crew will prepare your fishing equipment, snacks, and drinks, but feel free to bring your own. You can keep the catch afterward and the crew will fillet it for you.

Fishing outside the break wall up to 10 miles out to target Bass, Rockfish, Sculpin, Sheepshead, Barracuda, Halibut, and if lucky, you can get Yellowtail on summer days. Customers 16+ must purchase a California fishing license prior to the trip. Please take care of your crew, they will provide you with the best customer service, 20-25% is the average tip. Fishing outside the harbor usually 2-6 miles out at the rockpiles and kelp line for Calico Bass and local shallow water Rockfish.

Please leave tackle boxes, coolers, and similar items at home. Tackle is provided, except for jigs, which can be purchased at face value. The boat is fully equipped with more tackle than you can imagine, and a Yeti 110 cooler is iced and ready on board. Species vary by season, with targets including yellowtail, tuna, bass, lingcod, rockfish, barracuda.

I'll walk you through the online licensing processing. This trip requires additional permits and one must have a passport. The Coronado Islands are beautiful and have several options for quality fish! One of my favorite trips! Well go anywhere from 8-12 hours.
