Grand Haven Yellow Perch Fishing Charters

If 6 hours on Lake Michigan chasing after Salmon sounds like the best way to spend your day than this is the trip for you. From July until September you get a chance to head out with Capt. Dan and cast your line for Coho and Chinook Salmon. Rods at the ready!

The Sea Flea will anchor over inshore clay holes that hold the tasty Lake Michigan Perch. The Yellow Perch are caught by fishing the bottom with live bait. All bait and tackle are supplied. Great for those that want to hold a rod and it takes a little skill in detecting light bites. The Captain and mate will help with baiting hooks and teaching how to work the baits to catch this fish. Not uncommon to catch a Perch close to 14 inches. Burbot or a Coho Salmon are caught as bonus fish on occasion.

You will go anywhere you want to fish from the UP all the way to Ohio. There is a $50 travel charge for out of town trips.

Explore West Michigan rivers and target Steelhead, Salmon, Smallmouth Bass, Walleye, etc. Your guide will take care of all fishing equipment you'll need for the day, but you need to prepare your licenses, snacks, and drinks.

Captain Nik welcomes you aboard. He runs these 6-hour trips 7 days a week and provides everything you'll need but food and drinks. The only thing you should remember to bring is your fishing license. In case you keep your catch, the captain can clean and fillet it for you for free. Just show up and enjoy your time!
