Weather was very cold which made fishing conditions less than ideal but we were able to catch plenty of fish anyways.

Be ready for anything. When the water is clear you must use a fluorocarbon leader if you want to catch anything.

Get a guide. The water is too similar and wide open to know where fish hold

Book at least an 8 hour trip and understand that Captains are not Jesus, they can't just speak to the fish and make them jump in the boat! It is called "Fishing" not "Catching" for a reason!

The only thing I would recommend is to hire Captain Scooter if you want to catch fish!

Get out early and beat the heat. Be patient. Plenty of water in tow and be ready to get wet. Fun trip.
