Oregon Rainbow Trout (Steelhead) Fishing Charters

On this private trip, you will be chasing Chinook Salmon, from a Willie's 18x60 drift boat. Captain Greg will teach you anything you need to know about the special techniques needed to catch these hard fighting fish.This is a full day action-packed trip, so make sure you bring protective clothing, food, drinks & fishing licenses for the day. This trip is fit for up to 3 anglers MAX and is done from a top of the line Willies 18×60 Drift Boat with level floors.

Spend 4 hours on the beautiful Sandy River targeting Steelhead, Coho, and Chinook Salmon. Everything you need for a successful fishing trip is included, from rods and reels to the live bait. Please purchase a fishing license before the trip. Snacks and drinks are provided.

First things first I give you a tutorial on how the rods and reels work, how I want you to fight a fish and the basic layout of the boat, where the life jackets are as well as the first aid kit. Then I ask for questions before we start fishing just so we can be on the same page

Come enjoy a morning out on one of our beautiful rivers here in the Portland area. We will be fishing for Salmon, Steelhead, or Sturegon depending on the tome of year.

We will be fishing tillamook area rivers, or Portland area rivers! Day start before the sun comes up and ends when clients are satisfied! Gear is provided, and the catch is processed!

Steelhead are hands-down, our most favorite fish to target here on the famous Rogue River. The rogue, unlike other rivers has steelhead from September all away through July, which makes it easy to go out and anytime of the year it's a beautiful characteristics and hard fighting acrobatics these fish have is what makes them so amazing if you've never caught a steel head before you will never forget your first in the pure beauty of these creatures in our waters. This will be a 7-hour trip on the water. All gear needed for fishing will be provided (Safety equipment, rods, bait, tackle, expertise & education). Guests are required to purchase all necessary fishing licenses/tags before arrival (Guide will give further instructions upon booking). 1. Day or Annual angling license 2. Annual angling tag (only needed if purchasing your annual angling license; tag is included with your daily license purchase. 3. Columbia River Basin Endorsement (either day or annual).
