Le Morne Sailfish Fishing Charters

Spend the morning aboard our boat, where we will spend 5 hours trolling with both live bait and artificial lures in search of Skipjack Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, Dorado, Sailfish, Blue and black Marlin, Sharks, and more. Price includes the use of high-quality fishing gear, live bait, lures, fishing licenses, soft drinks and mineral water.

This trip gives you a good chance to catch any kind of fish as the fishing grounds are close to shore (fishing starts just 10 minutes after leaving the reef channel). If Skipjack Tuna are around, a freshly caught one will go in the water as live bait and you'll slow-troll (for the big ones) along the first drop off, which goes to about 300' (100m) deep. If there are no signs of bait, you will troll artificial lures in deeper waters (up to over 9000' or 3000m) for Billfish or any other fish.

You'll be leaving early in the morning from Black River or La Gaulette and making your way out to the open sea. Get ready to be on the hunt for big game fish such as Blue and Black Marlin, Sailfish, Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, and more.

Take this 7-hour trip for a productive day on the water in Mauritius. Potential catches include Marlin, Sailfish, Mahi, Mahi, Tuna, Wahoo, and more. Please note, the majority of the fish remains the property of the boat.

This trip offers anglers a perfect opportunity to get a taste of offshore fishing without spending the entire day on the water. You will fish the local reefs for exotic species such as Mahi Mahi, Amberjack, and Barracuda. If luck serves you, species such as Tuna, Sailfish, and Blue Marlin are also possible targets.

Labonne loves customizing his trips to suit his guests needs, so let him know if there's a particular species you'd like to target, or a technique you'd like to try. Generally, you can expect to go after big game such as Mahi Mahi, Marlin, Wahoo, and Tuna. You'll start fishing just minutes after departing the dock. Rods, reels, bait, and tackle are included.
