You will mainly be bottom fishing for species such as Mingos (Vermilion Snapper), Black Snapper (Mangrove Snapper), White Snapper (Red Porgy), Triggerfish, Rockfish, and more. Spending 5 hours on the water will enable you that little bit more time to get to the fish and get fishing. You'll waste as little time as possible traveling to the productive nearshore waters, where you'll fish for a range of exciting species, from Snapper and Mackerel to Grouper, and even sharks, among more.

Leave Destin behind and head out to the Gulf of Mexico's hottest fishing grounds! You'll enjoy some stunning scenery while you cruise towards productive honey holes. Depending on the season and what is biting, your targeted species will include Red Snapper, Triggerfish, wahoo, Amberjack, and many more. You'll troll and bottom fish to catch the bite. Standard tip for the first mate is about 20% of the total trip price and is not included in your trip price.

On an average trip, you can expect to target a variety of fish such as Vermilion Snapper, Porgy, Mangrove Snapper, Triggerfish, Rockfish, etc. Your fish will be shared equally between all anglers. Come join the captain on the offshore waters of Destin and have a great fishing time on his World Cat boat. Depending on the season and the chosen fishing spots, there are all kinds of fish you can target. The captain will clean your catch for you at the end of the trip. The departure times are flexible, meaning you can start the trip at 11:00 a.m. instead.

We will depart the dock at 6am and bottom fish. This is deep sea fishing. We will travel about an hour and a half to two hours to our bottom fishing locations. We typically fish 6-8 people at a time depending on the seas, the current, and the fish we are targeting We typically catch Spanish Mackerel, Vermillion Snapper, Triggerfish, Black Snapper, White Snapper, Bonita, Red Grouper, Scamp Grouper and sometimes Wahoo. We will target what is in season.
