Went out with my bro in law and nephew 11,  neither had been deepsea fishing before. I wanted to get them on fish and the captain decided we should start the morning trolling for bonitas and dorado. We had a bonita triple header almost immediately. We caught a few more and then tied into a dorado. Ended up losing it but the captain said it was foul hooked, not our fault.

It was quite rough so we opted for Sierra and Roosterfish next closer to shore. Ended up with 3 Sierra’s.

My nephew was doing great ( no sea sickness) so we decided to finish the day trying for a marlin. We had one circling the boat but could not get it to bite.

Excellent day, the crew caters so well to kids , highly recommend for a family trip, or any trip really!

Marlin fishing has been a bucket list item for us for a very long time. 2 of us went for the afternoon with Captain Santiago and our first mate Jerry.

They greeted us at the dock and had everything ready to roll. When booking the trip, we noted we wanted to target marlin. We left the marina at 12:30 and by 12:53, with multiple lines in the water, our crew sight fished a striped marlin and we had one on the line. We fought and reeled for an hour and finally brought him in before releasing. We spent the remainder of the afternoon trolling for mahi mahi, and also had multiple whale, stingray, and turtle sightings before taking sunset photos in front of the arches and feeding the sea lions on our way back in.

Jerry and Santiago were clear pros at what they do and had some amazing stories to tell. Can’t recommend Cabo & El Pargo enough.

I made the decision to book a charter with the crew having no experience in Cabo ever, best decision I could have made! The captain and crew member worked well together and made it an enjoyable time while we waiters for the sun to get up and the fish to get hungry. They got us on a Marlin in our first ever sport fishing trip, and provided a great lunch on the boat as well.
They even let us take the extra bait left at the end of the excursion, and feed a sea lion (holding the bait between my teeth). They went above and beyond to make sure it was an amazing experience and I will be using them again in the future!! Thank you guys!

Me and my friend did the all inclusive+transport 5 hour 1230-530. The trip and crew were amazing! We have very little experience and they helped us with everything every step of the way. They told us the morning had been slow and they had caught 1 marlin and another boat caught 1 Mahi. We were able to catch a 100+lb striped marlin, and it was so awesome!!! We saw about 6 other Marlin, 5 which weren’t hungry and 1 which I lost being so beat by the first one 😮💨. Mahi wasn’t biting but they pointed out all the whales to us and we got to see 5 whale pods! we got pretty close to see the humpbacks jump out and splash their tails which was incredible and at the end they took us to the Cabo Arch to take pictures. Joel and the Captain were amazing and I can’t wait to come back with the rest of my family! Can’t recommend them enough, especially since even though we didn’t get anything to take home, we caught and took pictures with the marlin and being on the ocean with good people and seeing the whales is priceless. We will definitely be booking with them again!

Booking was easy and had easy to follow directions.  Crew was on time and super friendly and knowledgeable.  Boat was very clean and well maintained.  Food and drinks were provided and the selection was good.  We kept our limit of Mahi and even threw some back.  The crew directed us to a gentleman who clean the fish and provided us with the filets.  The crew was very good at helping after a fish was hooked with guidance and getting the fish onboard.  The bathroom on the boat was very clean and well stocked.  The trip well exceeded our expectations.  I would highly recommend this boat!!
