What would you recommend to anglers fishing in Orlando, Florida for the first time?

February fishing in Orlando is great. Not sweltering hot for you or the fish. Get that morning bite though!!!

Fishing in shore can be slow but our captain was great. Try night fishing for snook and redfish

Wear a long sleeve shirt and try to start your trip early morning. We started at 7am.

Didn’t have any issues catching largemouth bass. Even caught a few chain pickerel.

It can be colder and windier than you’d expect for a trip in Florida. Pack accordingly!

Tarpon were spotty. Saw a bunch breaching the surface but just couldn’t get the bite on.
