If you have not been on a boat in a while, dress in layers, it can get chilly on the water, and take motion sickness meds before you hit the water if you are prone to sea sickness.
Then have a great time!

Apparently this is a poor year for haddock and cod, which is what we signed up for when we booked. We were recommended to not do this upon arriving due to a combination of choppy seas and poor recent success.

Sea Time Fishing Charters
We should have waited for warmer water when stripers were biting. But we also lucked out on perfect weather for the first wonderful saturday in 15 weeks. No nibbles but the ride around Casco bay was beautiful.
