After our friend Joshua Davis absolutely crushed it on his first offshore trip for Christmas, he asked for another last minute quick trip before he headed back to Florida. It seemed there were a couple fish he missed on his earlier trip and could stand the thought of leaving without a picture of him holding “one of those green and yellow fish”. He had a day filled with marlin, tuna, and grouper a couple days before. I really wanted see this thru. We had a front move thru that really shut the fishing down for a couple days. Well, we only managed a few bites this day, but he got his Mahi and very nice sailfish. I’m fairly certain he’ll be back on the water very soon.
