It was a slow morning for Jeff and Jenn, but after the tide started moving we found some action. Billfish was request and that’s exactly what I wanted to hear. We pulled the hook on stripe one, released one, and had one trying to eat the teaser as I was letting it out. Unfortunately we just weren’t ready and didn’t have anything in the water for it turn on. Released a sail in the mix and ended up pulling the hook on a blue as we started to pick up for the day. Soooo close to a slam, but I don’t think Jeff could have been much happier.
