The 20-30mph winds didn’t slow the bite at Lake Grapevine today. Dave and out of town brother George caught a mix of species along with quite a few White Bass. With our lures pinpointed at 30ft deep in 50 ft of water and two of our fishing rods in the rod holders (deadsticking) the movement of the boat from the wind was just right to pick up an extra 15 -20 fish using this technique. All this action kept everyone so busy for the entire trip that we were unconcerned with the blustery conditions. Come get out and have some fun
