Went on a day trip with Gene 12/30. Myself, wife, and 3 kids. Have been out with countless guides and Gene is cream of the crop. Has a fantastic all weather rig. Was great and informative with the kids. Not the hottest day of fishing but that’s how it goes. Definitely wasn’t from his lack of effort and out one of my boys on his PB. 41# blue! Won’t hesitate to take another trip with him when out that way!

didnt get into em heavy but we landed 4 fish on a 4 hour trip, and kept us out a little longer than he had too. captain gene did a great job of keeping us on fish they nuat were bighting loke crazzy.
