We had a fantastic trip with our guide. He was great with my 8-year-old daughter and made sure she was involved and having fun the entire time. He put us on fish quickly and kept us on them, which made the experience even better. He was easy to talk to, ran a very clean boat, and all the equipment was in great shape. Booked a trip with Captain Jodie while visiting Port A. The weather did not cooperate but Captain Jodie immediately put us on fish and we ended the day with a great catch of reds and black drum.  Jodie’s main concern was that we had a great time.  He was also gracious enough to willingly share his knowledge of the area and give us fishing tips for future trips.  Will definitely book again next time I’m in the area.

If 10 stars were an option, I’d give it! It wasn’t JUST about fishing for us, it was the total experience. There’s plenty to look at while moving from spot to spot, and a dolphin joined us about 20ft or so away from the boat and just sort of “hung out” while we were in the first spot.
