fishing was very slow. Alex tried multiple changes and did everything that was available to him at the time! The end of the day it’s fishing not catching but do jot hesitate to book with Alex!! His ceviche is off the chart great and only to be witnessed! till next time, we’ll be back!

Captain Alex was amazing. He made sure we did a little bit of everything: trolling, jigging. He went to multiple different spots and caught different species. He made sure we were having a good time. I will definitely book next time I’m in Vallarta!

Fishing with Alejadro and Jesus was an amazing treat.  he kept us on fish all day!  I was so glad I chose the 6 hr trip as we had the biggest hits of the day in the last two hours.  besides the countless biteoffs first thing in the morning.  Alejandro made the best fresh ceviche with the mornings catch and was the best 50th birthday present from my wife made possible from my friends in Illinois! Captain Alejandro and the first mate put us into the bite with fish into the boat within minutes after leaving the harbour, such an eventfull day. we caught fish, saw many sea turtles, and saw more skipjack tuna than I can count. I would recommend Sol y Mar fishing adventure to anyome thinking about a fishing excursion in Banderas bay. Our trip was amazing! We caught 3 huge Jacks and a Triple tail. The Captain Alejandro and first mate Jesus were incredibly helpful and patient. They were an efficient team, well-organized and skilled at catching fish as well as teaching us proper technique. They had drinks and ice on the boat for us. Captain Alejandro cleaned the triple tail for us and we got to take some filets to a local restaurant to eat. So good! I highly recommend this crew and boat.
