Did not catch any fish, not but one other fishing boat was out during the same time. Locals recommended going in the morning; locals also were surprised we had a booking at 2:00pm. We had already booked it, maybe things would’ve been different in the morning. We did see 5 marlin jumping and swimming. Had one / two bites, but caught nothing.

We’re sorry to hear the fishing didn’t turn out as expected. You’re absolutely right that morning trips are typically more productive, and we usually do recommend them for the best chances. That said, the golden hour trips can also deliver great action depending on the day, but fishing can be unpredictable at times.

We’re glad you were still able to see marlin jumping, that’s always an exciting sight, even if they’re not biting. Our crew always does their best to get you on the fish, but unfortunately some factors are out of our control.

We started the day landing multiple bonito, followed that with a few rooster fish. and then changed paths to Marlin ! They worked hard the entire time, moving spots and doing everything possible to get us on the bite. Their energy and passion for fishing made the whole trip even more fun.
