Hi Jared,  Thanks for the review. Sometimes the bait is not easy to catch.  The way it works on a half day charter since there are time constraints, we try to catch bait first, if they’re not really biting within the first 10 to 15 minutes we take what we have caught, and move on as quickly as possible. This is to maximize the amount Of time we have on the optimal fishing grounds. We also do quite well trolling top water Lures.  Sometimes the fishing is just slow. I can assure you that Captain was doing everything possible to catch you guys as many fish as he could in a four hour trip. You can always speak up and make suggestions to the captain if you feel necessary such as staying at the Bait buoy longer or that the kids were enjoying seeing the sharks. Hindsight is 2020, and it’s always easy to look back and make adjustments on what could have been done differently when you know the end result. I can guarantee you Kevin was doing his best to put as many fish on the deck as possible. Rarely but sometimes we can fish all day without a bite, that’s just how fishing is.  And if anyone else tells you that they catch fish every time, They would be a lair.  I appreciate the review, and will pass it on to captain Kevin.
