Please accept my apology for the delay in response.
I am greatly upset that you and your group did not enjoy your day on the bay spent with us.
Your comments and concerns are valued and respected,

Lucky Strike Charters values each and every one of our customers and we try our best to provide the best fishing experience possible every charter.

There is no excuse for any of our Captains to be unhospitable, unpersonable or present themselves in an unprofessional manner.
As well, I apologize for not conveying that I would not be the captain taking you guys out on your charter, I try to be available to captain as many charters as possible, but cannot run every trip. The relief captains that work for Lucky Strike Charters (Capt. Kenny & Capt. Tawn) are well seasoned and experienced with a minimum of 15 years of charter fishing knowledge under their belts.   
I will be certain make sure in the future to let our customers know who their captain will be prior to their departure date.
Regarding your fishing experience, as we all know we cannot accurately predict, control when the fish will bite/ not bite, how long it will take to catch them or what size they will be. We do our best to try and find the fish, utilize the best equipment possible and use the best technics available to catch them.
Sometimes the fish cooperate and sometimes they do not, but fishing aside we always try a provided a very clean and organized boat, top notch fishing equipment and a friendly atmosphere. 
In closing, I would like to say that you choosing Lucky Strike Charters is very important to us and we greatly appreciate you and your group as customers.
I would greatly appreciate another shot at providing your group with a charter experience that is more accustom to level of customer service that is typically provided and that matches the review that 99% of our customers have written.

Once again, my deepest apologies for your not so pleasurable experience. Let me know if there is anything reasonable, we can do to make up for it.
