It was a very tough day on the water. We had a ton of boat traffic from a local tournament that was going on. And I did make the call to stay looking for reds as all the trout spots would have been hit by mid morning. (The tournament being fished requires a trout ).
I did express my apologies to the guys about the bite not being what was expected, I take days like that tough too. I want to offer the best experience possible and catching fish is a huge part.
