We had a great time on the trip, I’m glad we were able to reel one in! The weather and swells were not in our favor to say the least but I’m still glad we stuck with it and went deep. We managed to reel in a decent sized blue Marlin but weren’t able to weight it… Chris navigated the boat very well through pretty large swells and I belive his experience is what put us on the fish. Captain Chris & mate Derrick were knowledgable, professional, and friendly. We had our first bite w/in 5 minutes of getting the baits in the water, and had a spectacular fight w/ a bounding striped marlin as the pinnacle of the day. Super personable crew- it was great to learn about the island and the fishery on our first time fishing Hawaiian waters. 5 Stars across the board- we will be back!
