We had a great afternoon! There were six in our group - 3 teens who can’t stop talking about how much fun they had and how soon we can go again. The “bites” were almost nonstop with several nice sail catfish but the most excitement was catching large sharks and a big black drum!! Captain Mac was really great - prepared, knowledgeable of the area and was just as excited as we were with our catch. We highly recommended him!

Had an incredible outing with Captain Mackie! He was incredibly patient, easy-going, and went out of his way to teach us the ropes. Best of all, we caught every species advertised! It was a productive, fun, and educational day. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable guide who is great with kids and beginners, I can’t recommend this charter enough. We’ll definitely be back!

This was my first fishing trip since moving to Louisiana and I was able to meet up some of my close friends from back at home. The Captain was amazing, made the trip fun, looked for fishing spots to make sure we didn’t go home empty handed and was very professional. I regret not taking the longer trip now! Oh and his choice of music was spot on!

Captain Mackie is nice and helpful. He makes sure that everyone on the boat is cared for. The weather wasn’t the best for catching fish, but the Captain was stil able to put us on fish and make our trip very memorable. I very highly recommend this trip for others.

The weather was not on our side, but our captain was ready to go. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and put us on some monster alligator gar. I would recommend this trip for anyone looking for that monster fish.
