I grew up fishing but it’s hard to know where to fish when you come to another state. Captain Jason was great. He drove around the island and got us on some fish. He met our level of experience and cleaned the one fish we wanted to keep for a dinner. Even if we didn’t catch any fish, couldn’t have asked for a better captain and experience on the water. I took my son on this trip for his 16th birthday and Captian Jason did not disappoint.  He put us on fish 30 minutes into the trip.  My son had fish on for a good hour.  He later caught the biggest flounder i have ever seen.  Jason was awesome and we will be booking again with him soon.

A friend and I went fishing with Jason this last March. Originally the plan was to look for red fish, but Jason knew enough about the area to know we were better off going for your blue fish and Spanish mackerel this time of year. We ended having a great day catching a species neither of us had experience with.

Captain Jason is like fishing with a friend.  Calm,  helpful, never pushy, and knows the waters.  My wife and I wanted a quiet,  stress free,  morning on the water and Jason delivered.  I’ve been out with dozens of captains and I can’t think of a nicer person. Made us feel at home the whole time and we caught a lot of fish even though it was off season with the highest temps of the summer.  I couldn’t give him a higher recommendation if you have a small group.

Jason did a great job. He went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I were catching a wide variety of fish.  We caught flounders, pigfish, pinfish, a lizard fish, a small stingray, a tiny shark, and several croakers. He is a very experienced guide, with lots of knowledge about the area and saltwater fishing in general.  Twice we had multiple fish hooked.  Our two hour trip was lots of fun and highly recommended.
