This trip will be a all dayer . We will head out early in the morning hang a right at the seabury and run about 14 miles. At that point in time we will drop our rigs in trolling for whatever might bite which are blue fish Spanish mackerel false albacore and then slowly head out off the beach where the fish get bigger. We will end up on a couple racks and on a pile of rocks searching for some of the best fish that you can eat and let's don't forget looking for a good fight. This will be a 10-hour

Nearshore trips are great to experience high-quality sport fishing in the Outer Banks while staying close to shore. Six hours give the captain more time to go further and target different species. Depending on the season, you'll run into Cobia, Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish, False Albacore, King Mackerel, and possibly Wahoo. On this trip, we run approximately 30 miles out to the tower and catch amberjacks. Catching these fish on lighter tackle is not only a challenge - it's a blast! You will arrive at the dock at sunrise. Once aboard, you will cruise out of Oregon Inlet into the Atlantic Ocean, traveling 20-40 miles to the Gulf Stream. The mate will set out a spread of 6-8 rods, targeting Tuna, Mahi, Wahoo, Marlin, Sailfish. You may enjoy one of the 3 fishing chairs available in the cockpit, a bench seat in the shade of the hardtop, or stay in the salon. Once you have a fish on, jump into the fighting chair to reel in the catch. This is your chance for a trophy fish!

On our 10hr trip, you'll make your way through Oregon Inlet around 40 miles to get to the Gulfstream. From May to late August, you can target a wide variety of fish, including Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Black/Yellowfin/Big Eye Tuna, Marlin and Sailfish.
