Oregon Coast Deep Sea Fishing Charters

This is a private trip that focuses on catching Rockfish in the nearshore waters. You can also catch some Lingcod & Cabezon, as they like to hang out in the same areas. Captain Greg will provide the gear and the knowledge, so all you have to do is make sure you listen and bring lots of positive energy. There is a capacity for 4 adults +1 child. Boat is crowded with 5 adults. The maximum weight on the boat is 1000 lbs per group, for safety and comfort reasons.

We will be fishing the ocean or the river depending on where the fish are.

Get out on the ocean for a full 8 hours and explore the incredible witers of the Pacific. When it's Salmon season, you can head up to 5 miles offshore to test your skills to fill the boat, while the rest of the year, you'll have no shortage of delicious Lingcod, salmon(when in season), and other bottom fish. Up to 20 miles offshore, you're in for some heavy lifting against some of the ocean's biggest bottom fish.

Winchester Bay and the Umpqua River are known for their incredible Chinook and Coho Salmon fisheries! Fight it out and stock the cooler with these delicious fish in the company of other likeminded anglers on this shared 8-hour trip. All ages and skill levels are welcome and all the gear you need is already on board. Just make sure to buy fishing licenses, bring along any drinks and snacks you'd like to enjoy, and set off!

For this trip, you must decide which catch limit you want before leaving the dock. It can be either 5 bottom fish with 2 Lingcod or 12 bottom fish and no Lingcod. All fishing equipment is covered by the captain.

The ocean salmon fishery is one of our favorites – the salmon are usually close to the surface and the action can be really fast-paced once we get into them. We will fish for coho and chinook until the coho quota is reached.

This trip is a 5-hour trip fishing for Black, Blue, and Deacon Rockfish, as well as the occasional Lingcod and Canary Rockfish. This is a near-shore trip, with an abundance of sea life spotted on most trips. In 2025 the black rockfish limit is reduced to 4 fish per angler and may be increased to 5 in July Crabbing can be added for an additional $30 per person. This is a fun trip on the Ocean targeting Rockfish and Lingcod out of Winchester or Coos Bay Oregon! We will jig for Rockfish and Lingcod simultaneously! The Rockfish limit is 5 plus 2 lingcod over 22”!

Lingcod/Rockfish trips are a great way to get out on the water. You will target Lingcod, several species of Rockfish, and Cabezon when the season is open (7/1 - 12/31) Trips are usually back to the dock by about noon with coolers full of excellent table fare. Bottom fish trips are great for people who are new to ocean fishing since they are usually shorter in duration and closer to shore. This is a shared charter. We will take up to 6 guests total and need a minimum of 3 people to make trip happen.
