Great day in the water. It was cold but we forgot about the temp when the fish started biting. We caught trouts and blues from begging to end of the trip. We will do this trip again for sure.

Great guy. We caught fish, but not what we were after and not for lack of trying - different spots and different gear/techniques - target fish just didn't cooperate. Fun.

From the booking until the trip Jim kept in touch confirming and instructing us ahead of time. Well prepared and had a very nice trip. 7 fish. Great captain.

The weather did not want to cooperate !! However , since we were down for the week. Our schedule was pretty flexible. The Capt stayed in contact with me daily with possible times to fish and the weather broke for several hours which allowed us to go out. We had and excellent time ! I only give this trip a 4 out of five because we didn’t catch any fish! Can’t help when the fish aren’t biting but had a good time enjoying the view and being on the water!

Capt. Jim took six of us out for a day of inshore fishing, we had a great time!! He made sure everyone's hook was always baited and offered guidance when we had a big fish on the line. He had several honey holes he used to put us on the fish. He was very easy going and made us feel like we were family. We will definitely book with him again.

Went out with my dad on this charter. Targeted red drum and learned so many techniques that we can apply back home. Learned some about sheepshead fishing as well but they are some sneaky fish to catch. Love that he is into conservation of the fish in this area. Captain was very knowledgeable, professional, relatable, and knows what he’s doing out on the water. Great trip for those coming to Topsail or Surf City.

Family had a fantastic day out fishing with Andrew. Trip didn't disappoint. Day out fishing for Redfish, and came home with fish for a great meal (our goal). Andrew even gave us the recipe for cooking the fish! Which was great. Would book with Andew again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our outing with Capt Andrew. He took us to several spots to try to catch fish. It was so peaceful and relaxing. He helped the kids every step of the way and taught them a few things too. Highly recommend!

The girls caught several reds, and had a blast. The captain was very friendly and worked hard to keep them in fish. They had a great time.
