Chesapeake Bay Black Drum Fishing Charters

Join the Captain and his crew and fish the beautiful waters of the Chesapeake Bay. This is a great trip for any angler looking for a proper taste of Chesapeake Bay fishing. You will be targeting Bluefish, Striped Bass, White Perch and many other species.

Spend the morning fishing for big Striped Bass in the Chesapeake Bay's best fishing spots.

If you're an early riser, than opt for this half day trip. You'll be heading to the Bay at 6am, giving you plenty of time to troll for a wide variety of species, from Redfish to Black Drum to Spotted Seatrout, plus more. When lunchtime rolls around, you'll be treated to a gourmet meal cooked by your captain, at $25 per guest. Your fishing license and gear is included.

Capt. will provide your fishing equipment and a lunch package is also available at an additional price. You'll target Black Drum, Striped Bass (Rockfish), Spanish Mackerel, and Bluefish. Keep in mind the captain launches from Edgewater, MD in June, July, Solomon's Island in August and September, and Chesapeake Beach the rest of the season. Get in touch to make sure you know the exact launch locations. Please note that bait is not included and comes at an extra cost.

This 8-hour adventure gives you enough time to go after different species, including Spanish Mackerel, Black Drum, Striped Bass, Bluefish, and many more. Just pack some snacks and you're ready to go – your captain takes care of everything else!

Embark on an 8-hour fishing adventure covering the inshore waters of the Chesapeake Bay, Tangier Sound, and Pocomoke Sound. During our extended trips we often encounter and target multiple species. You can expect opportunities at Striped Bass, Speckled Trout, Flounder, Bluefish, Drum, and Spanish Mackerel depending on the time of year and seasonal temperatures. Bring your Lunch or breakfast and hop onboard for a fun filled day on the water. We look forward to spending the day with you.

Enjoy a morning on the water chasing fish. You and Captain Tony will be leaving from either Madison, MD or Cambridge, MD. The captain will take care of all the fishing equipment, licenses, as well as catch cleaning. The trip starts at 5:00 a.m.

This is a one angler and guide trip. Great opportunity to “tune up” your casting and fly-fishing skills. You will be the only one fishing and have the boat to yourself. We will be fishing our Hewes 21 Redfisher. It is equipped with Garmin electronics (Hummingbird side scan coming this spring), a 300HP Yamaha and a Motor Guide trolling motor. Rod holders…GOT THEM!!!
