Tybee Island Cobia Fishing Charters

This is an extended trip that lasts 6 hours that will see you fishing the South Carolina's artificial reefs. Depending on the time of the year you can catch a wide variety of fish. From May to October, you will be trolling for Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, Blue Fish, Barracuda, and anchoring for Sharks and Mackerel. If you take a trip from November to April you can target Spottail Bass, Black Drum, Sheepshead and Black Seabass.

This inshore package is one of the best on the Coast! You will fish with live bait including Shrimp, Fiddler Crabs, Mud Minnows, and artificial baits such as Gulp Minnows and jigs. Targeted species include Trout, Redfish, Flounder, Sheepshead, and more. Be sure you bring your camera and your cooler!

This trip will take you up to 15 miles offshore, giving us a chance to fish wrecks, reefs, jetties, and off the beach, targeting Bull Red Drum, Cobia, Jack Crevalle, Mackeral, Large Sharks, Seabass, and many other species. This trip is excellent for experienced and novice groups. Ideal trip for bringing home something for dinner without spending all day on the water!

Captain Jay or Buddy will take you out to the nearshore reefs to target both King and Spanish Mackerel, Black Seabass, Black Drum, and many other reef fish that inhabit the nearshore area and its artificial reefs and wrecks.

Best chance to catch King and Spanish Mackerel, Cobia, Black Seabass, Snapper, and many more. If you're a fan of the "Jaws", you can also go after large Sharks like Tigers, Hammerhead, and Bull Sharks. The best part is that you don't need previous fishing experience.

You'll target Trout, Redfish, Tripletail, Flounder, Sheepshead, Tarpon, and sharks, all depending on the season and bite. The fishing locations include flats, grass, holes, trenches, beachfront, and more. All the gear and licenses are provided.

Come with the crew and tackle the nearshore inlets and reefs. The species you will be targetting include Shark, Black Seabass, Cobia, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Red Drum, and Jack Crevalle. The trip lasts from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Lots of action but keeper fish can be limited due to size regulations. Seasonal changes to species and techniques. Seasonal species include Black Sea Bass, Sheepshead, Spanish Mackerel, Shark, Cobia, Triggerfish, Vermillion Snapper, etc.
