Plymouth Cod Fishing Charters

This trip is perfect for anglers looking to test their bottom fishing skills against some of the area's most popular groundfish species. You'll head to some of the captain's favorite spots, targeting mainly Cod but also other tasty species such as Pollock and Haddock.

You will spend this trip targeting fish for the dinner table and freezer. On the menu are Haddock, Cod, and Pollock. These species are good to catch for the whole family – even rookies can bend a rod all day. You might even catch a couple of sharks on these trips. April and May are when the best action is, especially in shallow water using really light tackle. All rods and reels are provided. You are welcome to bring food and drink along.

This morning trip is perfect for all those early birds out there! Depending on the bite, your potential catch list will include Striped Bass, Black Seabass, Bluefish, and Cod.

Fishing 'deep sea fishing' at its finest. Whether you target Haddock, Cod, Pollock, Whiting, Halibut, Mackerel, or other fish, it is all about action and eating. Only good stuff happen on this trip, so join!

Offshore fishing for giant tuna and sharks. With a variety of fish to catch for the table as well. It's a long ride but battling a 90-inch tuna or a 300-pound porbeagle shark is a fish of a lifetime. Whales are usually around. This trip always comes with a deckhand. Weather must be perfect as fishing offshore 30 miles is not something 'I' the captain take lightly. Bass Fishing can always be substituted as inshore fishing we can fish in choppy weather. Trip Price would be reduced to a bass trip.

Inshore fishing starts in April with excellent fishing for Cod, Haddock, and squid (April through May). All of these fish are fantastic on the table. From mid-May through October, Striped bass is certainly great for fishing, with your choice of fishing live bait or top water artificials.

A 6-hour trip targeting inshore species such as Summer Flounder (Fluke), Striped bass, Black seabass, Bluefish, etc. 1-4 anglers.

Inshore trips typically target Striped Bass using light spinning and fly tackle. Other species available on inshore trips include bluefish, cod, flounder, mackerel, and pollock. Since we are rarely more than 10 minutes from fishing, many of the trips we run May - October are 8-hour inshore trips. The 8-hour trips typically run from 7:00 to 3:30ish. These are perfect for family trips, as well as for folks who want to experience the wonderful fishery we have.
