This trip is by far the captain's most popular fishing excursion, and your best chance to catch a big Sailfish, Marlin, or Mahi Mahi if you go offshore. Reeling in a big game fish is something you will never forget. You can also choose to stay inshore and maximize your chance of getting the most delicious fish out there. This 3/4 Day Trip includes drinks (bottled water, beer, sodas) plus fruit, snacks, and sandwiches. In only half an hour, you'll be able to target Marlin, Sailfish, or Mahi Mahi. Note that all Billfish is strictly catch and release.

You will be fishing out of Tamarindo. The experienced crew will adjust location and fishing technique depending on your wishes for targeted species and where the bait currently is. An earlier start is possible, to make sure you get that morning bite!

You can experience the local's way of fishing on the beautiful Tamarindo coast. Mornings are the prime time to go fishing in this area.
