Montauk Dolphin (Mahi Mahi) Fishing Charters

This 9-hour trip will see you target some of Montauk's finest fish including Stripers, Blues, Fluke, Seabass, and Porgy. Everything you need for a successful day is already on board including gear and lures. At the end of the day, Capt. Rob will also clean and fillet your catch. Bring along any drinks, snacks, and an iced cooler for your catch.

This morning trip will take place on the local Montauk waters. You will be casting your lines for Porgy, Fluke, Bluefish, and other species in less than 20 minutes after the departure.

This is all about getting out there quick and trying to hammer some tuna, see some whales and dolphins and come back. It's an exciting trip! It gets you out offshore a bit and you can experience the thrill of a tuna on the line. We’ve gotten them on this trip. 5 passengers max.

On our offshore Tuna charters, you spend the day trolling/jigging/chunking bait for Bluefin Tuna or Yellowfin Tuna if they are within range. We also target Mahi later in the season when water temperatures permit. These trips are typically 10-11 hours long.

Book this 5-hour trip when you're in the mood to snag inshore favorites that reside in the Montauk waters. You'll be casting your line for Porgies, Stripers, Black Seabass, and Flounder.

This “Combo” big game adventure is your captain's most popular trip! You'll head south towards distant wrecks, traveling between 40 to 50 miles out. Your group will spend the first part of the day trolling for Blue and Yellowfin Tuna, as well as Mahi. After that, you'll be drifting over bottom structure for some world-class Shark species. Your captain will make sure you're provided with rods, bait, reels, lures, and will show you the best “Stand Up” techniques. 20% tip for the mate is not included.

Go out for the morning and come back with plenty of time to go to the beach in the afternoon. You'll be fishing inshore for striped bass, Sea Bass, Fluke, Bluefish, and Porgy with either light or heavy tackle. Bring snacks and sun protection.

On this trip, you'll run 40 to 70 miles offshore targeting Bluefin and Yellowfin Tuna, White Marlin, Mahi Mahi, and other pelagic species. You'll mostly troll on this trip, dropping the outriggers and put out a spread of 9 to11 rods using top of the line gear, artificial lures, and hand rigged baits. Departure times vary.

Typically fish the midshore areas, we fish out to 50 miles.
