Texas City Dolphin (Mahi Mahi) Fishing Charters

On this six hour private trip, you will be go out to the platforms and up and down the beachfront of Galveston. Targeted fish are Tarpon, Kingfish, Sharks, Spanish Mackerel, sharks and Tripletail. You will need to bring a valid Texas fishing license, food and beverages, sunglasses, a hat, sunblock but not in spray, comfortable light colored soled shoes and seasickness medications if needed. Best time to go on this trip: July, August & September

You'll fish federal waters 30–40 miles offshore, targeting Mangrove Snapper, Ling, and Lane Snapper. You may also encounter Red Snapper for catch-and-release while pursuing these species.

When you arrive at the dock, your Captain and boat will be ready to head out for your 4 hour fishing trip at the Galveston Jetties. Depending on the time of year, our Captains will put you on species such as Speckled Trout, Redfish, Black Drum, Sheepshead, Pompano, Jack Crevalle, Sharks, and many others. Oh, and for our bucket list anglers, during the Bull Red or Black Drum spawn, expect to catch and release massive trophy fish. Our Captains will clean, filet, and bag your catch for you to take with you!

6 anglers max. This trip runs 65 to 75 miles offshore. Children under the age of 7 are not permitted on any offshore charter. Adequate adult supervision is required for safety reasons. You will have 2 deck hands helping you on this trip.

You will be going up to 45 miles offshore. You'll target Kingfish, Snapper, Mahi, Ling, sharks, and other snapper species. Remember to bring a valid Texas fishing license, some food and drinks, a hat, sunglasses, non-spray sunblock, comfortable non-marking shoes, and comfortable clothing. Also, pack your seasickness medication if needed. No fuel surcharges on any of our trips.

An 8-hour Snapper trip for up to 4 anglers, with opportunities to catch other species like Drum along the way. Price: $2,150 for 4 people. Additional anglers: $150 each, up to 6 people total.
