Rhode Island Flounder Fishing Charters

This is a four-hour bottom fishing trip for Flounder, Seabass, Porgy, and Blackfish. Great trip for beginners. A 20% tip is customary for the professional mate.

The availability of this trip depends on what's running and the time of year. You could be fishing for one species in the morning and switch to others as it gets later. But full day gives the best chance to catch fish, and check more areas. We offer trips for striped bass, bluefish, sea bass, Tautog, and Fluke.

Depart with Captain Chad at 6:00 a.m. and spend 4 morning hours chasing fish and enjoying the water. The captain and covers you for all the fishing gear and licenses, meaning you should only pack the food and drinks of your choice before you leave.

Fishing Block Island for Striped Bass is an incredible experience. This is the chance to catch the fish of a lifetime. Striped Bass commonly frequent Block Island in the 30 to 50 pound class. This can be a combined trip for stripers and bottom fish. We have you covered for all fishing gear and licenses. This trip can be extended to up to 8 hours. We book a lot of these trips. Many people don't want to spend 6 hours at sea but they want to experience a slice of the Rhode Island ocean. This trip is short and sweet. We leave the dock at noon and have you back at 4:00 Our goal is to catch fish and have fun doing it. A common target is black sea bass and fluke, but if striped bass and blues are close by we will target those too. Plan on a fish supper when you get home.
