Manteo King Mackerel (Kingfish) Fishing Charters

Treat yourself to a morning of sleeping in, then embark on a 6-hour angling adventure around the wrecks of the Outer Banks. You'll be fishing with live bait, and your target species will include Bluefish, Spanish Mackerel, Red Drum, Shark, Cobia, Triggerfish, and Flounder. Your fishing gear is included, as well as a license for your whole group, so just bring snacks, drinks, and weather-appropriate clothing.

This is the Outer Banks' premier fishing trip. It gives you the best chance to catch a trophy fish. Fish the bluewater of the Gulf Stream for all offshore gamefish including Yellowfin, Bigeye and Blackfin Tuna, Dolphin (Mahi), Blue and White Marlin, Sailfish, Wahoo, and many other species.

Get out on the water to target a variety of inshore and nearshore favorites, fishing up to 8 miles out for Bluefish, Drum, Spanish and King Mackerel, Cobia, Amberjack, and many species of bottom fish.

On a 6-hour trip, you will have more time for fishing and increase the species you can target depending on conditions and time of year. You can expect to target fish such as False Albacore, Spanish Mackerel, Bonito, Bluefish, and maybe even occasional King Mackerel. If conditions permit, we sometimes are able to do bottom fishing. It does not target gulf stream species.

Getting up to the big game, time is on your side. On this trip you'll be able to run to the deeper water targeting Amberjack, Cobia, Mahi Mahi when in season, Kingfish, and possibly Sailfish as well as the nearshore species. All the fishing equipment will be provided by the captain, just pack some food and drinks and book the trip! Deckhands work for tips only, 20% of the trip cost is customary.

Start your trip at the crack of the dawn and embark on a true offshore fishing adventure. You and Captain Jonathan will be targeting Tuna, Marlin, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, and other species. The captain takes care of all the equipment, so just bring your favorite food and drinks before you leave.

Along the ocean front trolling, casting, and bottom fishing, for all our nearshore species.

This is a full day trip that allows the time to target some of the more exotic species we have to offer that are relatively close to shore (20 miles). We can troll or bottom fish with both dead and live bait for fish like mahi mahi, king mackerel, amberjack, and even sharks. This is the perfect trip for the family group that has some experience and wants larger and more exotic fish.

This is a 6 hour inshore / nearshore fishing charter. Weather conditions may determine the fishing location and target species.

Full-day nearshore is a 8hour trip where we make it out of the inlet into the ocean but stay close to the beach. 20% tip is customary to mates
