Avon Blue Marlin Fishing Charters

Seas The Day NC specializes in active fishing, using artificial baits, casting gear and very little trolling. If you are an experienced angler and want to learn some new techniques or put your skills to the test this is the trip for you! We take a unique approach using custom/prototype tackle specifically designed to allow the angler to create specific presentations. Our Clients range from absolute beginners to professional Bass fisherman and if you're in to fly fishing bring your fly gear!

This trip will take you fishing offshore in the Gulf Stream for a variety of species that are in season and biting. Those can include Billfish, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Tuna, Kingfish, and other species. All bait and tackle is included. Food and drinks are not included in the price.

Full day offshore trips leave as the sun comes up and gets you back to the dock by 5pm. Offshore trips target Mahi, Wahoo, Marlin, Sailfish, Tuna and most anything else that swims in the Gulf Stream.

Head offshore to the worlds Blue Marlin capital of the world to target the legendary Blue Marlin, White Marlin, Sailfish, Yellowfin Tuna, Bluefin Tuna, Mahi Mahi, and more. All fishing gear for the day are provided, along with the fishing license for the group. You'll need to bring your own food and drink. You'll also need sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat.

This is a Gulfstream offshore trip in the fish-rich waters of Hatteras targeting Mahi Mahi, Tuna, Wahoo, Marlin, and anything else that might want to bite the lines. No spray sunscreen is allowed on board. This trip will be 10-12 hours long or shorter if you would like to return to the dock earlier. Pack your lunch and planty of water and join use for the offshore trip of a lifetime!

A full day trip allows you to go further and explore more fishing spots, catch more fish, or target a renowned trophy! If the season is right, you'll go after Blackfin Tuna, Marlin, Mahi Mahi, and Sailfish, or, if you prefer delicious bottom-dwellers, you can chase Seabass, Amberjack, Snapper, Triggerfish, and more. Get ready, we are going to the Gulfstream! When you get to the fishing grounds, be ready to reel in some Tuna, Mahi, Wahoo, and/or Billfish! Pack your own food and drinks and leave the rest to Roanoke Sportfishing!

Leaving the docks at 4:30AM, returning at 3:30 PM with 11 hours of offshore fishing targeting Tuna, Tilefish, Mahi, Wahoo, White Marlin, Blue Marlin, and Sailfish. If you're looking for that trophy fish, this is the trip for you.

On full-day trips, we head out of Oregon Inlet, traveling 40–50 miles to the Gulfstream. From May to late September, target mahi, wahoo, black/yellowfin/bigeye tuna, white marlin, sailfish, and the legendary blue marlin. Trips may run slightly longer than 12 hours. All tackle is provided, and we don't leave until the box is full and our customers are smiling. Get ready for an unforgettable OBX fishing adventure!
