Join Capt. Mike for a productive, fun day out on the waters of Astoria. You'll be cruising the river for a mix of desirable species, depending on the time of year that you decide to visit. You'll have the opportunity to come face-to-gills with a variety of Salmon (April–Oct), including Chinook and Coho, Steelhead, and Sturgeon. Your trip includes top-notch rods and reels and artificial lures. Whether you're a new angler or a seasoned fisherman, you'll be fully equipped for a top-notch inshore adventure.

If you want to experience the best that the waters of Astoria have to offer, and meet some new buddies at the same time, then this shared adventure offers the best of both worlds! You'll spend plenty of time out on the water, hooking into a variety of Salmon species, Kokanee, Steelhead, Sturgeon, and whatever else is biting, and will also have the chance to socialize with your fellow anglers as you cast off. Your captain will provide rods, reels, bait, and tackle, so all you need to bring is a license.

This is a great trip for you if you want to do some light fishing in the rivers or the inshore ocean waters on a shared boat. You'll target Rainbow Trout, Salmon, and Sturgeon, depending on the season and the tide. The captain will give you all the information regarding the target species in advance. You should get a fishing license for all trips. All the gear will be provided on board, all you need is some snacks and rain gear depending on the weather.

This trip is great for getting young people and other new anglers out for a quick introduction into fishing. You'll get out early in the morning, and explore the river fishing for Salmon and Steelhead. The equipment will be provided by your captain, just make sure to dress appropriately, and you're ready to have some serious fun!

On half day trips, you'll be picked up at 6 a.m. at a selected destination – the captain will give you one day's notice on where that will be, as it will depend on where you're going to fish that day. After fishing, you'll pull in the lines at noon and head back to the dock.

Full 8-hour trip, location is dependent on the best catching opportunity.

Capt. Spicy will help you design your fishing and camping adventure and provide all the logistical support. Go camping on the Columbia river, Timothy Lake on Mt. Hood, or find new places to set up camp, fish, and explore. Multiday trips include The Fintruder vessel, electricity, drinking water, movies, and guided fishing. Camping gear, food, and food preparation are available at extra cost. These are personalized trips designed to fit individual family needs. Message the captain for additional details.

Half-day trips are 6hrs. Often times starting around 6am-12pm (times will vary) I will pick you up in my boat at an agreed upon time and place and our day will start! I have room for 5 total passengers. Book a trip with 3 friends/family and I'll hold the other seat for free! Making it a fun and enjoyable experience with your favorite fishing partners.
