Capt Joe fishes out of a 16’ Alumacraft Jon boat, equipped with a 2018 4-Stroke Yamaha engine and equipped with a GPS, safety gear, and top-quality rods and reels -- perfect for drifting shallow coastal waters. The boat accommodates up to 2 guests. Target species include spotted sea trout, redfish, tripletail, Spanish mackerel and more. He specializes in drift fishing, using artificial baits and also live bait. Note: Boat weight limit of 220 lbs per passenger. Bring snacks, drinks, sunscreen and hat.

Spend your day exploring the inshore and nearshore waterways of Florida's 'big bend'. This rich area is home to some of the Gulf's finest fish, and you'll be provided with a great opportunity to hook a Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, or put up a fight against a Snook, among others.

If you prefer to be a bit longer on the water, this is the trip for you. It'll take you between 1 and 5 miles to get on fish, and you'll be targeting Flounder, Spotted Seatrout, and more in the flats and inshore areas of Keaton beach.

Full day trips for two anglers fishing the flats

Split the day between scalloping and inshore fishing on this special combo trip! These days are typically split into 3 hours of scalloping and 3 hours of inshore fishing, but how you spend the day on the water is up to you! Captain Melissa will provide your group with the snorkeling equipment, as well as all the fishing equipment needed to have a great day on the water. Only available during the Scallop season. Max of 4 people.

This is an 8-hour trip that includes inshore or nearshore fishing for two anglers. 4 anglers maximum. Ice, tackle, and licenses will be provided. Lunch and snacks are up to you. Lunch is available at the "Who Dat" bar and grill. Shore lunch can also be provided for $50. Please bring a cooler if you plan on taking home some dinner. Sun protection (long sleeves, pants, hats, sunscreen) and polarized sunglasses are strongly recommended.
